I'd like to share with you my latest photographs. This new work includes some playful abstractions of plants I found while walking at a local nature preserve. I also created a series of very abstract and ethereal photographs of the seeds from a maple tree, which our kids love to throw in the air and watch "helicopter" down. Here are a few samples:

A golden abstraction of a fallen leaf, no larger than my thumbnail.

An abstraction of a fallen leaf, full of delicate tension.

I love the playful energy of this curling vine.

This abstraction of a maple tree seed evokes its light, dynamic spirit.
This spring I exhibited my art at Artexpo New York, and it was a huge success! I had the chance to meet a lot of people and introduce my art to many new fans. I signed with a number of new partners and galleries, and made some important connections for future projects. But the best part of the show was meeting so many different people who found a personal, emotional connection to my art -- a couple purchasing their first work of art, the nature-lover, a chef looking to decorate her restaurant, a gallery excited to add me to their collection. If I met you at the show, thanks again for dropping by!

Thank you for supporting my art!
