Selected for exhibition in New Orleans

by     /    July 07, 2008

My photograph Flight (an abstraction of a maple tree seed) has been selected to be in the exhibition “Elemental/Environmental: Space” at the New Orleans Photo Alliance, juried by photographer Gary Braasch. This show is “a photographic exploration of the art and meaning of space as it relates to the world we live in.” I feel that this theme is a good match for my photography, so I am excited to be a part of it.

And I also want to thank photographer Henry Domke, who selected me as his featured artist for the month on his blog Health Care Fine Art. Be sure to check out his fascinating blog on how art is used in health care facilities.
