See me at ArtExpo NYC

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to exhibit my art at the prestigious Artexpo New York next March. This was a big decision, since attending this fairs represents a major commitment of money, time and effort. Geez, just the thought of standing at my little 10×5 booth for nine hours a day for three days is enough to make me question my sanity a little!
But it makes sense. It’s a great show, and I loved touring it last year. I’ll be in the SOLO artists section, which is a wonderful carnival of artists’ booths, a street market of creativity. I’ll get the chance to show my art the way I want to show it, and in front of the people I want to show it too. So, I’m a little intimidated, but I am also excited. I’ve been toying with this idea for years, and finally feel I have made a solid, big commitment to the business of my art. Wish me luck, and I hope to see you there!
Update Nov 23, 2010: My desert marigold abstract Heliotrope is featured as the Artwork of the Day on the Artexpo website.

Congratulations on making the commitment. I am sure it will be a decision you won’t regret. Heck, I’m a little envious, wishing I could go!
